Senior Experience Consultant at IBM with seven years of experience designing enterprise and B2B applications end to end, from research and discovery through high-fidelity product design to developer handoff. My home turf is complex, process-heavy domains: automotive after-sales, retail analytics, enterprise software, customer service operations. I advise as a consultant and work just as happily embedded as a product designer in an agile team. AI does double duty in my work: I design AI products around human-in-the-loop and agentic patterns, and I use AI daily as a tool in my own design process.
